Răzvan OMOTĂ (Romania)

Răzvan OMOTĂ (b. 1995, Rășinari, Sibiu) is an actor, performer, playwright, and poet. He is interested in topics and cultural projects relevant both to contemporary society and to his own personal and professional journey. He blends writing with performance and never quite knows exactly where he fits in.

He won the Best Actor Award at the Gala Hop – Young Actor’s Gala in 2023, organized by UNITER. He has collaborated and continues to collaborate with both state and independent theaters. He writes poems for anyone willing to read and/or listen to them, which he presents in readings and poetry performances across the country. He made his literary debut with the poetry volume the party is over, published by OMG Publishing in 2025.
