Luigi Colagreco (Italy)
LUIGI COLAGRECO is a poet, musician and entertainment specialist. Graduated cum laude from the University of Pisa. He obtained distinctions in singing (Conservatory “L. d’Annunzio”, Pescara) and chamber music (I.m.p. “G. Braga”, Teramo). He is the author of articles on the history of entertainment (in the magazine of the National Film School “Bianco & Nero”, 2002; in the volume “Le arti multimediali digitali di A. Balzola e A.M. Monteverdi”, Garzanti, 2004; and in the second volume of the work “History of Italian Cinema”, Marsilio, 2018), texts on popular music and adaptations and translations of literary texts for music (notable are his collaboration with the composer Alexey Shor and the creation of the unpublished opera Saturno). In 2019, he founded the Center for Poetry and Other Languages (Chieti, Italy), a project aimed at high school and university students, through which he carries out intense activities to promote poetry in relation to new media and the artistic languages of the contemporary world.
