Florina Zaharia (Romania)

FLORINA ZAHARIA is a poetess, a member of The Romanian Writers’s Union (RWU). She got a BA  from the Faculty of Letters and a MA in „The Theory and Practice of Text”. She is the President of The South-East Branch of Romanian Writers’s Union and director of  Cooperation Association – Euroregion Lower Danube. She is a honorary citizen of the City of Galați on the Danube.

She is the initiator of national and international cultural projects: ART CITY – International Literature Festival POEZIA – PORT la DUNARE, Coffezie – World Poetry Day, Raftârg – World Book Day, Writers’ Gala, CartESENȚE – editorial project with contemporary writers, Galați, the city writes, the city reads – postcard publishing project.
