Miruna Drăghici (Romania)

MIRUNA DRĂGHICI was born in Bucharest, Romania, where she earned a Master of Laws degree.  Her literary activity comprises fantasy novels, poetry, short prose, and articles. She earned national prizes as the 1st Prize and Neuma literary magazine Prize at the National Literary Festival „Marin Preda”, in 2020 and the Poetry book of the year 2021 for ‘ANIMA MUNDI’ – Writer’s Union of Romania/Bucharest Poetry Branch, in 2022. She is a member of the Writer’s Union of Romania – Bucharest Poetry branch. Her favourite themes range from initiation quests and journeys to mythological lore, addressing the hero archetype, nature as sacred space, and various esoteric aspects. She illustrates her own books and other writers’. She is also a watercolor painter and globetrotter.
