Dóra MĂRCUȚIU-RÁCZ (Romania)

Dóra MĂRCUȚIU-RÁCZ (b. 1996, Oradea) is a poet, prose writer, and translator. She graduated from the Faculty of Letters in 2020, specializing in Hungarian–English, and was the editor in charge of the Hungarian pages of Echinox magazine. Between 2019 and 2025, she was an editor at Helikon magazine. She translates from Romanian and English. Her poems have been published in Romanian, English, and Serbian translations. She is a member of the League of Hungarian Writers of Transylvania and the Association of Young Writers in Hungary.

She has published the following volumes: Már minden nő hazament / All the Women Have Already Gone Home (2020), poetry, Erdélyi Híradó Publishing – Association of Young Writers, Cluj-Napoca – Budapest, and Macska van az úton / A Cat on the Road (2017), short fiction, Prolog Publishing, Oradea.

She received the Látó magazine award (2024) and the “Mikó András” Award (2019).
