ȘERBAN MIHALACHE

ȘERBAN MIHALACHE (b. 1993, Bucharest) is a university lecturer at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology of the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, where he has been teaching since 2017.

He finished his PhD in 2023, with a thesis on using artificial intelligence systems for the automatic recognition of emotions, stress, and lies from speech.

That same year he published the poetry book vom trece de Marte dar nu imediat (we’ll reach beyond Mars but not straight away, Max Blecher Publishing House).
