ROMULUS BUCUR (b. 1956,  Arad) He teaches comparative literature, cultural studies, literary translation & creative writing at Transilvania University in Braşov; deputy chief-editor of Arca cultural magazine in Arad, where he writes a poetry review column since 1990.
