DAN PLEȘA is an editor, writer and cultural journalist. He graduated from the Academy of Theater and Film – screenwriting and film criticism specialization. He has worked in the press and over ten years at a record label as a producer. He is one of the founders of the Publishing House Vellant and of the short prose magazine “iocan” – the only short prose magazine in Romania that appears in printed format. In recent years he has also written interviews with the Romanian cultural life for the Art7 cultural platform and for the Multimedia project Circle. He published in various periodicals the volumes: poetry: Goods – (group anthology) 1996, Reloaded Goods (group anthology) 2011 (together with Bogdan O. Popescu, Dan Mircea Cipariu, Sorin Gherguţ and Florin Dumitrescu). He participated in the writing of the fastest novel in the world, along with 51 other writers (“Santa Claus & Co”), 2012. Short prose published in Anthologies ”First Time” and ”How We Love”. He has been the curator of the exhibitions: George Rosu / George Roşu, Imaginarium Fotograficus / Cristina Şoiman, Traversare / Crossing / Daniel Bălănescu.
